Service Limitations
Your use of Tracktray is subject to the following limitations:
- Free tier: 20 tracks in total (to test if the workflow fits your needs)
- Pro tier: Unlimited tracks
- Access to private SoundCloud links requires a SoundCloud account connection
- Service availability may vary based on your subscription tier
User Responsibilities
As a Tracktray user, you agree to:
- Maintain the security of your account
- Not share your account credentials
- Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
- Respect copyright and intellectual property rights
Subscription Terms
Premium subscriptions:
- Are billed monthly or annually
- Can be canceled at any time
- Are non-refundable
- Automatically renew unless canceled
Prohibited Conduct
Users may not:
- Download audio directly from Tracktray using browser tools, scripts, or third-party extensions
- Share or distribute tracks outside of SoundCloud or beyond the intended listening purpose
- Scrape or harvest data from Tracktray or other users
- Misrepresent their identity or impersonate other users
- Use Tracktray for automated or bulk extraction of SoundCloud links
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform's functionality or security
Any violation of the above may result in immediate account termination.
Third-Party Content
Tracktray retrieves SoundCloud links and related metadata from the user's Gmail inbox. Users are solely responsible for how they handle, listen to, or respond to the demos they receive. Tracktray takes no responsibility for any misuse, copyright violations, or disputes arising from this content.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service, including abuse of the platform, copyright infringement, or non-payment. Misuse of the platform will result in account blocking, and the user waives the right to a refund.
Refund Policy
Users can request a refund within a 7-day window from the initial payment date. After this period, no refunds will be issued.
Data Ownership and Deletion
Users retain full ownership of their data, including track metadata, sender groups, and preferences. If a user deletes their account, all associated data will be permanently removed from our servers.
Cookies and Authentication
Tracktray uses cookies strictly for authentication purposes. These cookies are required for the site to function properly.
Analytics and Improvement
We collect anonymous analytics data to monitor usage patterns, track errors, and improve the functionality and performance of the site. No personally identifiable browsing data is shared externally.
GDPR Notice
Tracktray operates in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). As a user, you have the right to access, correct, or delete any of your personal data. You may also request to withdraw consent or revoke access to your Gmail account at any time.
