• Your name and email address from your Google account
• SoundCloud URLs found in your Gmail inbox
• Metadata of the SoundCloud tracks (e.g., track title, artist)
• The email address of the person who sent you the track

How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Identify and display SoundCloud tracks shared with you
• Support playback of private SoundCloud links
• Organize senders and track activity based on your subscription tier

Data Storage

We only store the minimum information required for Tracktray to function. Data is stored securely in our PostgreSQL database on the server, and we do not use localStorage in your browser.

Sensitive credentials and tokens used to connect with Google, SoundCloud, and Outlook are encrypted at rest.

For subscriptions, sensitive billing information is stored by Stripe. We only store your Stripe customer ID and your subscription type in our systems.

Cookies

We use cookies to authenticate users. These cookies are essential for the website to function properly. Without them, the service may not work as expected.

Google Authentication

We use Google OAuth 2.0 for login. We do not access or store your password. Access to your Gmail is strictly limited to reading messages that contain SoundCloud links.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is used solely to provide and improve the Tracktray experience.

Subscription and Billing

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. Subscription-related sensitive information remains with Stripe, while we retain only the Stripe customer ID and subscription type needed to provide subscription features.

LLM and AI Agent Access

Information collectable by LLMs and AI agents is limited to public pages. The rest of the application is only accessible after user authentication, and those logged-in pages are not publicly accessible to LLMs.

Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the service. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. You may also revoke Gmail access via your Google Account settings.
